4. Do We Share Your Data?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise share your personal or health-related data with any third parties.

We use Firebase Analytics for internal app performance tracking. All data collected by Firebase Analytics is anonymized and cannot be linked back to your personal information.

Users can delete their accounts and all associated data from within the app at any time. This will remove all personal and health-related information from our systems.

7. Does the App Use Tracking Technologies?

The app does not use cookies or track you across other apps or websites. However, we use in-app analytics tools — Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel, and AppsFlyer — to collect anonymized usage data. This includes things like screen views, feature usage, and app performance. These tools help us improve the app experience and understand ad campaign effectiveness.

No personal identifiers (like your name or contact info) are collected. Only device-level identifiers (such as IDFA/IDFV) may be used by these providers to attribute installs or measure engagement. All data is processed and retained per each provider’s privacy policy.

8. How Do We Handle Minors' Data?

Kick the Nic is available only to users aged 17 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under this age limit.

9. Compliance with Regulations

We comply with standard data protection laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in Europe and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA) or California, you have specific rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or delete your data.

10. Free Download and Subscription

Kick the Nic is free to download, but it offers an auto-renewing subscription with a free trial period. This subscription is handled directly through Apple’s in-app purchase system, and all billing information is managed securely through Apple.
