Alpha AI is committed to ensuring your privacy while providing an innovative platform for analyzing trading charts. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data and outlines your rights regarding its use.
Alpha AI does not collect any personal data. There are no user accounts or profiles. When you submit a chart image for analysis, the image and your general trading preferences (such as trading style, risk tolerance, and experience level) are transmitted to our server for processing. No personally identifiable information is included in these requests. All analysis results are stored locally on your device. When you delete the app, all saved data is permanently removed from your device.
Chart images submitted for analysis are processed using OpenAI's API via our secure server. Images are sent solely for the purpose of generating chart analysis and are not stored on our servers or by OpenAI beyond the duration of the request. Alpha AI also uses RevenueCat for subscription management, AppsFlyer and Mixpanel for anonymous usage analytics, and Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. No personal data is shared with these services.
Alpha AI is free to download, with a subscription required for use. The subscription auto-renews and is managed through Apple’s in-app purchase system. All billing information is handled securely by Apple.
